It felt a bit like a factory, totally chaotic, and the important thing was that someone other than the surgeon I had booked with came in. I went for consultation about removing a nose implant, but they kept pushing revision surgery, which was awkward, and the consultation coordinator was so old she felt like the lady of the house... she kept going off on tangents.
