I consulted about removing a nose implant, and Director Park Jin-hong explained everything in detail, which was great!! He also seemed very professional and full of confidence, and if possible I wanted to have surgery at this hospital. But the staff and the consultation manager were so rude.. Most communication before surgery would go through the manager, so that kind of attitude did not build trust, and the way they sort of barked at people was unpleasant..
