I was worried because the area around my philtrum was a little long, which made me look vaguely older. Then I learned about the philtrum reduction surgery, looked around a bit, judged this was the best place, and went in for a consultation. It seemed like they carefully looked at the middle third of the face based on the philtrum, so the surgery could be done in a nice proportion without it becoming too long or too short. It looked like the visual effect could stand out without damaging the skin layer or facial bone.
