I booked a same-day consultation with the desperate feeling of grasping at straws, and fortunately there had been a cancellation so I could consult right away. Honestly, I was so grateful that even though I wasn't going to have surgery, I left a deposit and booked a date just to keep the appointment fee equivalent as a small amount of money. They said it was refundable, and since it was just for the consultation, not a booking fee for a date, I didn't want to ask for a refund. That much, the consultation really eased my worries and felt good. The consultation manager made it feel like real counseling, almost like I had come to a psychiatric clinic. It was so healing..(?) It really felt like she was thinking from my point of view. I consulted with Director Park, and he seemed to only do silicone removal with a closed approach, while my nose had been done open, so maybe he wasn't confident because it would have to be open? He was talking about things that happened in the operating room, which made me go, huh..? But he explained everything from A to Z, so I understood well. He was very professional. The other staff had a different vibe from the manager and the doctor.
