First I had a consultation with [Doctor A] about silicone removal. I had previously had surgery with silicone and ear cartilage, and they said if the ear cartilage could be preserved, they would preserve it, and if not, they would take cartilage from the other ear and do a revision on only the nose tip. The consultation was extremely kind and lasted about 40 minutes. The price was also reasonable, so I thought I should have surgery here, but after getting consultations elsewhere and thinking about it, I started to have a few questions First, the doctor recommended cartilage binding, right? But my nose is a little upturned, and the tip is not especially bulbous, so another clinic said that if I do cartilage binding, it could become even more upturned and pinched.. Apart from how kind they were, the surgical direction was so different from the other doctors that I wondered if it was really right I will go for one more consultation, and if the direction is different, I will pass.
