The front desk and manager were friendly! The director was blunt, just like I had seen on this community, but I felt a sense of pride and professionalism from them. Maybe because I had a lot of questions, they seemed tired, so I just asked the main things I was curious about and left T_T. I can see why opinions are divided, but for me it was just so-so. It was okay!
