I went because he spoke very frankly on YouTube and I wanted a cold, analytical opinion. But since the director specializes in cleft lip and palate? that area, I did not get the impression that his approach to shaping the nose line was aesthetically pretty compared with other hospitals. The director said my nose was too hard and called it costal cartilage, but when I got a CT scan at another hospital, it turned out to be septal extension with ear cartilage. ..?
