I consulted because of cleft lip and palate, and since they have so much experience, they gave very detailed counseling. They explained in detail, using examples, how they would operate on the nose and lips and how things would change. However, they tend to speak very frankly about the expected results, so your expectations may not be very high. The price was a little high, so I didn't have the surgery, but it felt trustworthy.
