Among the hospitals I've consulted at so far, this was the second most crowded one. The wait time was about 1 hour and 10 minutes including the consultation time. (The consultation itself was short.) The surgeon felt like the blunt, straightforward type who says exactly what needs to be said, and I was fine with that because I like people who speak honestly. Still, they seemed extremely busy, and I felt they focused mainly on the line design. And because the consultation was so busy, it was very short, so I couldn't really ask about anything except the line. The consultation director and the staff were all very kind, but I also strongly felt that if things don't go in the direction they want, they might become the most dry and unfriendly. Since there are so many people, it feels like they are constantly moving on to the next person and the next. That part worries me the most.
