The consultation waiting time was very long. The hospital ceiling felt low and dark. There were a lot of staff, but they were somewhere between robot-like kindness and unkindness; still, the consultation manager was kind enough in words alone to earn two stars. The doctor explained the pros and cons well and seemed to understand the patient's eyes.
