The manager was completely unfriendly, kept changing what she said. And what she said didn't match the director's. I only talked with the director and did it, but the manager was really terrible. I couldn't see her even once after the surgery. I was short on time and in a hurry, and the doctor was at least kind and nice, so I just went ahead with it.. The swelling seemed to last for a year. There were so many people there.
