When I got counseling by phone, the staff member was very kind. I requested to change the consultation schedule several times, but they were always kind, which I appreciated.. In the end, due to personal reasons, I couldn't visit in person for the consultation, but they were kinder than other clinics, so if my schedule allows later, I definitely want to visit.
