All the staff and the director were kind T_T The hospital atmosphere was good and since it also doubles as a dermatology clinic, it was clean. The nostril reduction felt more like a procedure than a surgery. There was no changing clothes, and I went straight into the operating room and had the procedure. I was glad they reduced it exactly as much as I asked. Scars are of course going to happen!
