The director was kind, and my nose sides have gotten much smaller. I did non-incisional first and then incisional, but the non-incisional one loosened too quickly, so I redid it with stronger thread, and it loosened again The swelling is huge and it hurts... Do the incisional method for sure. You won’t regret it. The scar doesn’t show much either.
