The director was really kind and explained everything in detail. At the time, it was truly a consultation that gave me confidence. He was good at talking, so I went ahead with the surgery that same day. The staff were also kind, and the aftercare was handled well. However, even now, a year and a half after the surgery, there is still a scar under my nostril. It is not hugely noticeable, but people who know can tell, 'Ah, that person had nostril reduction,' so I regret it quite a lot T_T
