I booked a consultation with the head doctor and went there, but ended up waiting an hour... I finally got in, but it was not the head doctor, it was another doctor who consulted me. They could not get the line right at all, and it was very disappointing. I told the front desk, and they said they would connect me to the head doctor again, so I waited and then had another consultation. The head doctor was kind and got the line perfectly. There was no pressure to book.
