I only wanted an epicanthoplasty to remove the Mongolian fold, but they recommended doing double eyelid surgery together. I said I did not want a big change to my appearance, so I only had epicanthoplasty, but my eyes now look extremely close-set and they made my once-soft image look intense. I should have emphasized even more right before surgery that I wanted only a tiny opening T_T. For any surgery, I think it is best to clearly state what you want. The staff were kind and nice!
