During the consultation, the coordinator said I only needed eye correction and double eyelid surgery, but the doctor said eye correction wasn't necessary and that to make the double eyelid line look nice, I should do a slight epicanthoplasty. I followed the doctor's advice, but the epicanthoplasty left a scar, and the double eyelid surgery was incision-based yet the fold came undone in less than a year. Also, the anesthesia wore off halfway through, so I felt a ton of pain during the right side of the surgery, had to be anesthetized again, and ended up with a big scar on the double eyelid line of that eye. So annoying.
