The same doctor acts differently toward patients when working at a big hospital versus when he is at his own private clinic. When he was here, he just cranked out double eyelids like an assembly line and did not adjust to the patient's condition. Thanks to that, I ended up with a sausage-like double eyelid that did not suit me at all. My small eyes got nothing improved except for a thick, obvious crease.
