Review

When I booked the consultation, they never said I could not consult with the chief surgeon, so I went there not knowing. On the day itself, I found out that I would only be consulting with the director. That means the surgeon might, if things go well, only see my eyes on the actual day I go into the operating room, and that made me not book... The director was kind, but this is a clinic where the director does all the consultations.

I couldn't consult with the director, and only the consultation manager was available to talk to! The person who handled the consultation was kind, but somehow it didn't feel professional, so I guess that's why the trust level dropped…
