I couldn't consult with the director, and only the consultation manager was available to talk to! The person who handled the consultation was kind, but somehow it didn't feel professional, so I guess that's why the trust level dropped??!! I went because it still had a good reputation in my neighborhood, but I think I need to think about it some more.
