In my early 20s, a acquaintance told me about it and I had nose surgery without knowing much, but I later found out silicone had been inserted all the way to the tip of my nose, so I am considering revision surgery. My nose got higher overall, but the shape did not really change. At the time, the doctor said safety comes first, so after sedation anesthesia they numbed my nose, woke me up, and did the surgery. About 5 to 6 years later, I thought there was a problem with my nose and contacted them, and they told me to come in and treated me. Fortunately, it was not a major issue, and the aftercare was good.
