My nose turned out really naturally and well. The person who did it is known for making things very natural, so at first I thought it looked a bit too high, but they did a good job. I am satisfied, and a lot of my friends do not even know I had surgery. My original nose was only slightly low and was already on the pretty side. I used ear cartilage for the tip. But my nose does feel blocked T_T..T_T If that counts as a side effect, then it is a side effect... T_T
