Hmm... I want to talk about how I felt after the consultation. I was satisfied with both the manager's consultation and the director's consultation. The manager figured out the areas on my face that I was worried about, so I felt their professionalism. They spoke very well too. The director also emphasized safety and gave a professional impression. Up to that point, everything was good.. I had paid a deposit because I still needed to go for consultations at other places, but I liked another place more, so I said I wouldn't do it here and asked for the deposit to be refunded.. But the manager wouldn't refund the full amount.. They said because a surgery date had been booked, a full refund wasn't possible. -- There were still three weeks left until the surgery date, and at the original consultation they said a full refund would be possible. I didn't want to fight, so I just said okay. I had thought that because the manager handled the consultation well, I might come here for a procedure later even if I didn't have surgery here, but that feeling disappeared completely. Like the post below said, the manager ruined the clinic's image.
