When I first went in, I was looking at the review photos on the table in front of the chairs, and there were more nose surgery photos than eye surgery photos, so I thought, oh, this place specializes more in noses than eyes. The doctor was just as cool and reserved as the reviews said, and only answered my questions. While talking about the surgical method, he pointed out differences I had not heard at other hospitals, and I was like, oh? But because it was something I had never thought about, I kept thinking about it. I felt like he really knew his stuff, but the more he spoke, the less I understood what he meant. He did not clearly explain how he would operate on my eyes or what results I could expect, and he seemed unconfident, as if it would not turn out the way I wanted. Then he left abruptly, so there was not much left from the consultation, which is why I excluded it. The manager was kind, but it felt like she wanted a same-day booking.
