About 6 years ago I had nose surgery at a famous hospital in Apgujeong, and I think it was too high and overdone. Back then they used osteotomy + donated rib cartilage + Gore-Tex + ear cartilage. It was too high and too much, so I started thinking about revision nose surgery and went for a consultation. The doctor seems blunt, but he looked at the CT carefully and was so attentive, which I really liked. He also picked up that the drooping of the columella was due to the donated rib cartilage, explained what would change if I had revision surgery, and honestly said what didn’t suit me and what did. It felt like a consultation without overtreatment. There wasn’t a separate consultation fee either, so it was a hospital I could consult at without pressure.
