While I was shopping around for a nose surgery, a close acquaintance recommended that I at least go for a consultation here because they had surgery here. It was convenient because it is right in front of Gangnam Station, and the interior also felt neat and luxurious. I went a little earlier than my appointment time, but since it was a weekday there was hardly any wait, so after checking in I was called in quickly when the appointment time came. I had a CT scan and photos taken first, then had consultations in the order of manager-doctor-manager. The staff who guided me and the manager were both kind and made me feel comfortable. The doctor is not the super-friendly type, but seems extremely thorough! He said what could be done could be done, and that if something could not be done or would not likely be very effective, then there was no need to do it. Very reassuring. The manager also did not push any add-ons or force me to book, so this was the most comfortable consultation I have had among all the hospitals I have visited so far. My acquaintance also had good surgery results, so I still have a few hospitals left to consult, but this one is the most appealing so far.
