The process went in the order: consultation manager - doctor - consultation manager, and I had a CT scan and photos taken before consulting with the doctor! They didn't have me lift my nose with a cotton swab or anything, but they examined it in a very detailed way and looked closely at the CT, which I liked. Unlike other hospitals, they said I wouldn't need correction for a bulbous nose and wouldn't need ear cartilage, which really surprised me. I think it was a very valuable consultation because it made me consider other materials!
