I went at the scheduled consultation time and there was no waiting at all. I got a CT scan right away, had a brief consultation with the manager, and then saw the doctor immediately. They said my eyes, nose, and skin were all thick, and that the skin and muscle around my eyes were both on the thick side too, so even an incision method could still loosen up.. They kept checking my eye line over and over while adjusting it. For the epicanthoplasty, they said the inner canthus was not a pretty one, so they could only do a little, and they firmly said outer canthoplasty was not an option for my eyes.. They also said that even if I get double eyelids, I would still have eyelid hooding.. For the nose, they said my septum was a little larger than average, so using the septum and ear cartilage would probably work, and that bulbous nose correction plus alar reduction would be enough. They explained everything by drawing on the facial photos, so I could somehow picture what my nose would become. But since this was my first nose-and-eye surgery, the cost was more expensive than I expected, so I put it on hold.. The doctor seemed confident. Make sure to prepare a list of questions! Otherwise, the consultation time might end up being shorter than expected..
