The consultation order was manager > doctor > manager. They did the consultation while drawing my expected shape on the monitor. Among all the hospitals I went to, this was the doctor who touched my nose the longest. Even while looking at the CT, one hand kept touching my nose. So it felt like he really knew a lot about noses, like a nose specialist..? But overall I did not hear much explanation about facial harmony. It just felt professional when looking at the nose alone.. Since they said they specialize in short noses, I was tempted, so I left a deposit. They did not recommend things like lowering the columella, so.. the price was still the most reasonable among the hospitals I went to.
