The director clearly explained only the necessary parts, and there was no pressure to have surgery. But there is a discount if you book on the same day, and the consultation manager also keeps recommending it, so depending on the person it may be hard to refuse. They can do sales, of course, but compared with other hospitals the reservation push in the consultation room feels a bit too strong.
