The doctor is not friendly at all and has a very cool, aloof style, but personally I tend to prefer medical staff with that kind of character, so it was not a concern for me. Still, my impression was that they aim for stable results rather than dramatic change through surgery. The worry is that unless the patient actively states what they want, it may not get reflected.
