It's already been over a year since the surgery. I only had the tip of my nose raised, and the bridge was done with osteotomy. I thought the tip-binding technique would make the tip a little narrower, but my tip is a bit wide, so it looks spread out. I had donor rib cartilage, but it seems to have been absorbed a lot. The height is a bit disappointing... The tip is slightly crooked, and the shape of the tip isn't that pretty either. T_T I'm torn about whether to get it redone because I'm disappointed, or just leave it as is. The doctor was nice, and I have no problems with breathing after surgery.
