I visited for a consultation because I was deciding between open and closed surgery, since they specialize in closed surgery. While speaking with the director, they were really kind. I couldn't decide whether to remove only the dorsal hump or remove the hump and also raise the nasal tip, so we decided to make the choice after consulting with the surgeon. During the consultation with the surgeon, they gave me three options: remove the hump with a closed approach, remove the hump and slightly raise the tip, or completely remove the hump, place silicone, and raise the tip. They said they use donated rib cartilage and artificial dermis. Personally, I felt it was not the right fit for me, so I probably won't have surgery here, but I recommend a consultation if you are considering closed surgery.
