I got my surgery here, and the staff were kind and nice too~ When I had it done, it was 1 million won, but when I checked recently, it seemed to have gone up to 1.2 million. For a surgery like this, a pre-op blood test is mandatory, and the test itself was around 120,000 or 150,000 won, so you should probably think of it as being in the mid-1.3 million range.
