- No CT scan. Consultation fee free. The director examined my nose by touch and explained the shape in detail and in an easy-to-understand way with drawings (about 30 minutes?!). - Surgery method: closed + open * Materials: septal cartilage (supporting cartilage) + ear cartilage if needed * Dorsal augmentation material: silicone (said to place 4-5 mm at the glabella side) or dermal products like Alloderm, or autologous dermis or costal cartilage (but the surgery becomes larger, and autologous dermis reportedly lowers the bridge) * Alar base: said it would need to be cut or stitched together (the nostrils were somewhat large and visible, so cutting was recommended) -> Overall impression: the director's words were, "It is fine to be a bit bold and raise it more.".. And silicone was recommended over dermal grafts. They said that even if silicone goes wrong, as long as the patient follows instructions well, it can be controlled, and the shape is pretty. There was absolutely no pressure to pay a deposit, and everyone was kind, so I felt comfortable during the consultation~
