I got a nose consultation using donated rib cartilage, not my own. An acquaintance had a sophisticated result with a straight-but-slightly-curved line, so I went for a consultation, but I'm torn between a straight-but-slightly-curved line and a gently arched line. My skin is so thin right now that at the previous clinic they removed all the cartilage and silicone, and only placed dermis on the tip of my nose.
