Honestly, this is a hospital I would not even give one star to, except that the consultation manager was kind. I went because it had a lot of word of mouth for open rhinoplasty, but the doctor was so rude it left me traumatized. When a patient asked questions, he answered from start to finish with a frowning expression, as if he were angry. At other clinics, they answer everything, but here he got annoyed at me for asking what he thought was the wrong question. When I asked for more detail because I was worried about scar on the incision site, he snapped that what was there to worry about and said that if I had surgery, they would cut a lot anyway. He even drew the explanation sketch like graffiti. When I asked about side effects, he answered with a late, "Well..." After the consultation ended and I turned around, I heard the doctor throw a pen onto the desk. I had really high expectations, but this was the kind of consultation I got. There was no consultation fee, but it was just a total waste of time and it left me feeling awful.
