There was a bit of a wait, but I liked that the waiting area was pleasant and comfortable. I wanted to reduce some fat on my upper eyelids, and since it was my first surgery I wanted to do it without an incision, and the doctor also recommended fat removal and natural adhesion. Other things like canthoplasty weren't recommended. I liked that they didn't push too hard, and I felt reassured. The manager who consulted me was also kind, and if I asked any questions they would tell me everything one by one
