I went in at my scheduled time and waited about 5 minutes before the consultation started. The consultation went in the order of staff manager - director - staff manager. The director wasn’t super warm, but was very clear about what was and wasn’t possible, so I felt the professionalism. It gave me the feeling that they would make the most of my needs within what was possible for my eyes.
