The staff were generally kind, and I went because I read that the surgeon was a bit cynical. When I first went in, I waited about 30 minutes until I could see the coordinator, and after that everything moved quickly. The surgeon is cynical, but I don't think this is a case of kind versus unkind; it just seems like his personality. I liked that he introduced himself by name when he came in, which gave me a sense of trust! The consultation was about 8 minutes, so neither long nor short, but because of his age and experience, it did feel trustworthy. Overall, it seems like it was a pretty balanced consultation!!
