I visited to get a consultation for eye surgery, but the waiting time was so long that I ended up giving up and leaving. Even though I had made a reservation and came in, I still had to keep waiting, and the wait was much longer than I expected. I had gone in knowing there would be some waiting, but even after a long time it was hard to tell when the consultation would be possible, and it felt too burdensome to keep waiting, so I just left. Eye surgery is something I think I need to decide carefully after comparing several clinics.
