I came in for a consultation for revision surgery for contracted nose! First of all, the director gave explanations with the confidence that comes from experience and spoke with a strong sense of responsibility, so among all the clinics I’ve been to, this was the best consultation I’ve had. He explained the surgical method and what materials would be used, showing me various things, and he also showed several similar cases that had been resolved, but he couldn’t find an exact case like mine, so he couldn’t show it, which was a little disappointing. The manager was also kind as expected, and explained the price, how the surgery would proceed, postoperative care, and how they would take responsibility. He said they would take lifelong responsibility for aftercare (I don’t really like that phrase… Even though clinics say they take responsibility, they can always change their words in a way that benefits the clinic, and the patient has already lost trust, so they end up just repeating that they’ll redo it and then the patient gets revision surgery at another clinic). Still, because of the director’s experience and confident, responsible attitude, and the manager’s kindness and easy-to-understand explanations, both the director and manager were the most satisfying I’ve met so far! What was disappointing was the clinic facility; it didn’t look very good. I waited more than an hour, and I was exhausted from waiting…
