First of all, I was really glad that I got to consult with the doctor before the manager consultation. The doctor was kind, thorough, and even showed me materials directly while explaining the insurance-related part, which I appreciated. I liked that they said there would be lifetime AS and that I could get all of the insurance-covered costs back.
