The consultation fee is 10,000 won, and unlike other places, the order is doctor first, then manager. Unlike other plastic surgery clinics, they seemed to prefer surgical methods like grinding up ear cartilage for grafting and using dermis. Not using an implant is good, but it didn’t seem like the right surgical method for me. On CT, I had a deviated septum and thickened nasal mucosa, so I said I didn’t feel much discomfort in daily life, but they said it needed correction. Since functional nose surgery is reimbursed 60-100% through insurance anyway, cost wasn’t the issue, but I had also heard that doing unnecessary functional nose surgery together with cosmetic nose surgery slows recovery and is not good, so I was confused. I booked because I expected a Photoshop virtual surgery, but they don’t do it very thoroughly. It seems like they’ll be more detailed if you actually go ahead with surgery. Still, both the doctor and the manager are kind. They answered the things I asked in great detail, and I liked that they said if the nose shape differs from the one decided in the original Photoshop mock-up, AS is possible at any time. My lower jaw is set back compared to my upper jaw, but I’m not underbite-level recessed, and the doctor recommended a chin implant, while the manager said I probably wouldn’t need it!
