I went for a nose surgery consultation, and I was surprised that the doctor explained the surgical method in such detail. Since he is an ENT doctor, he explained the inside of the nose in detail with a CT scan. But unlike other clinics, he said he doesn't use septal cartilage and instead uses ear cartilage or rib cartilage.
