I went for a consultation because it's so famous, and they gave me a really long one. It took over an hour! Their consultation style is very clear-cut, saying plainly what can and can't be done. I was worried because I have a bulbous nose, but they said it wouldn't change that dramatically, so I should decide for myself whether to do it or not,,,
