The wait time was long because the director's surgery took longer, but the consultation itself was calm and I liked it. You first consult with the manager, then with the director, and after looking at my chart, they explained everything so calmly and so clearly that I kept being drawn in. The final quote was a bit expensive even though everything was for a first surgery, so I left saying I'd think about it and contact them, but for some reason I still wanted to do it even if it was pricey..
