I ended up with a very pig-like nose. But my nose had been way too bulbous before, and I hated that country-bumpkin look, so I specifically asked for the bulbous-nose improvement to be made as slim and glamorous as possible, so it isn't the director's fault. I pay a lot of attention to the columella line, and it's hard to find a place that brings the columella out this nicely. For some reason, maybe because something was inserted into the nasolabial angle, the area below the philtrum became fixed, so when I smile my upper lip doesn't lift and it feels strangely awkward. It's been more than 6 months since surgery, and if it's like this now, waiting probably won't fix it, so I think I need to remove whatever was put into the nasolabial angle.
