Both the director and the manager were just average in consultation... there wasn't anything especially good or especially bad. I prefer a natural look, and I heard this place does a lot of glamorous work, so I asked out of curiosity. They said it could still be made plenty natural without going flashy. There was no push for a deposit from the manager, but maybe that was because I went at almost the last time slot. The front desk staff did look pretty tired, though.
